This booking was a scam. There was no couch in the room, no breakfast, no seating in the room etc. The heat was set at 65 degrees and no way to turn up the heat in the room. It was done by the computer at the front desk and we were told that they could not guarantee the heat and that if we got heat they could not control how hot it would get and that the radiator would make loud noises. My spouse who rarely gets cold had feet and knees like ice cubes. I had written a note for the Inn requesting the first floor and the couch as shown on the site. The booking was non-refundable and we were told that we could cancel the booking and go elsewhere but they did not know if you (the third party booking agency) would refund us our money. So we stayed. I will talk to my credit card company tomorrow to see if there is anything we can do as what we signed up for was far from what we got. The desk clerk did say that the owner had updated the site but you had not updated it on your end. She was also unable to reach him on this matter. Furthermore, the place housed a bunch of homeless people and looked like a dive. People walking around in PJs, hanging around the front desk entertaining the clerk, smoking pot outside. Seriously!Unhappy customer to say the least.

Nothing they dont gave us the room that we asking double bed room my husband has to sleep in a sofa. we pay for 2 beds. No taxis. No good services for transfer the calls to the rooms.

NO BREAKFAST WAS PROVIDED Homeless encampment was located across the street, Had a hassle straightening out the fact that we had already paid, Facility is more like a halfway house than a motel, I would not recommend to anyone. Won’t use you again

The staff were great, the late night man, Shauna and the young man on the day shift were all helpful and chatty. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. The room and bathroom were clean so housekeeping did a good job.
